Are you a government agency?

No. PrimeDocs Ghana is an independent documentation assistance service. Official documents are processed, approved and issued by the relevant government authorities.

Does PrimeDocs issue passports, Ghana Cards or certificates?

No. We assist with application preparation, document upload, tracking and permitted collection or delivery support — we do not independently issue official documents.

What files can I upload?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC and DOCX up to 5MB each. Files are stored privately and accessed through secure download routes.

When do I pay?

After our team reviews your application and approves it for payment. Official and service fees are itemised separately.

Can I save a draft?

Yes. Save your application as a draft, upload documents and submit when you are ready.

Can I track without signing in?

Yes — use Track Application with your application number for a limited public status view.

What if a document is rejected?

You will see the rejection reason on your dashboard and can re-upload where allowed.

How long does processing take?

Estimated timelines are shown per service but may change based on verification requirements and authority processing times.
